WALLET LAUNCHER OPEN / 70/30 REQUIRES A SECOND VERIFIED APPROVAL

DRAFT PRODUCT RULES / NOT LIVE TOKEN TERMS

THE ASS
RULEBOOK.

Users can create real Pump coins with their own wallet. An eligible launch needs a separate wallet approval to finalize 70% creator / 30% Asspad; until that verifies, its fees are creator-only. AssFinder and the $ASS flywheel remain proposals, not active services or finalized legal terms.

01 / What actually works today?

The Asspad-only feed now manually lists the independently verified ASS CAT and GYATT mints, each with its own on-chain metadata image and creation receipt; it is not an automated indexer. The AssFinder art and Hall panel remain an empty concept. The launcher offers user-clicked Phantom and Solflare public-address connection and an in-tab coin draft. A visitor can separately upload coin art and JSON metadata to public IPFS after Turnstile verification. This stores files only; it does not create a coin. The main launcher now supports user-approved Pump coin creation. The earlier FATASS test mint is also real, not the official $ASS token. Its fee config now verifies at 70/30, as does ASS CAT. GYATT was 100% creator at the last check. There is no AI Hall selection or $ASS token/buyback.

02 / How would you launch?

In the main wallet launcher, the user connects a Solana wallet, chooses original art/name/ticker and must explicitly approve two separate Pump.fun transactions: the first creates a real coin with an initial 100% creator fee config; the second attempts to lock 70% creator / 30% Asspad. If the second step fails or is rejected, the coin may remain live with creator-only fees. The user's wallet independently signs its own launch. A rejection or failed transaction is not a launch; only verified Asspad-origin mints may appear in the launch list. It never contains unrelated Pump coins. Pump's create_v2 docs distinguish the fee-recipient creator address from the user signer/payer; the implementation must test both and the required fee-configuration authority. Names, symbols and metadata art become immutable after a real signed launch. The launcher page checks a local draft and only enables Send after wallet connection and public art upload. It simulates and displays a transaction review before each separate user-wallet approval. It never asks for a seed phrase.

03 / The Hall of Ass

At each planned UTC :00 or :30 boundary, AssFinder could examine already-launched, confirmed Asspad-origin coins for originality, humor and eligibility. Human content/rights review may reject candidates. At most one earns a Hall badge; if none qualifies, the slot is empty. The badge is editorial exposure, not a new mint, prize, fee-rate increase, return promise or change to creator shares. Scoring rules, appeals, selection evidence and a production server clock still need to be published and tested. There is no live selection clock or Hall winner yet.

04 / Who gets creator fees?

The disclosed intended final policy is 70% of actual Pump creator fees to the launching coin creator and 30% to the Asspad fee-receiving wallet, but only after a second wallet-signed update is confirmed for that specific coin. Before then the initial config is 100% creator. Hall winners pay the same split as non-winners; a badge never edits finalized shares. The owner designated 6ggpiRqTs5xEQfNToYqrsJXezgXLwHTJ4c5LWMNX5oB as Asspad’s public 30% recipient and the wallet they intend to use to launch the main $ASS token. Independent on-chain checks found exactly 7,000/3,000 basis points and revoked admin for FATASS and ASS CAT. GYATT still had 10,000 basis points to its creator with admin available. These snapshots do not prove the recipient wallet is controlled by Asspad or that every coin has finalized 70/30. Pump's sharing_config is per coin, final recipients total 10,000 basis points, and the configuration can be finalized only once. A completed 70/30 finalization has now been observed on two mints; every new coin still needs its own independent config check before the UI or marketing claims a completed split. Holder-reward coins route creator fees to holders instead, so they do not fit this creator/Asspad sharing plan. Pump controls the standard SOL-paired fee rate; more minted coins alone do not generate fees.

05 / What about automatic $ASS buybacks?

$ASS is not minted. Pump fee sharing would distribute a real coin's actual creator fees in its quote asset; it would not purchase or burn $ASS. The selected draft policy is to allocate 100% of Asspad's own creator-fee share actually received to purchasing and burning $ASS, while operating costs and transaction fees are funded separately. This is a proposal only: there is no mint, collector, trader or burn service here. Before calling it live, publish the actual $ASS mint/supply/authorities, fee recipient accounts, treasury controls, independently funded execution costs, minimum batch threshold, slippage limits, pause controls and on-chain fee-distribution, purchase and burn receipts. Burns do not guarantee price support. This website does not buy, burn or transfer tokens.

06 / Content and risks

Only original or licensed, non-explicit and consensual comedy art is eligible for promotion. No stolen imagery, impersonation, unauthorized celebrity likeness or spam. Publish content moderation, IP/license and appeal rules before real submissions. AI scoring must not imply safety or independently verifiable buyer demand. Meme tokens can lose their entire value; a Hall feature is neither investment advice nor a trading-volume guarantee.

07 / What is still missing?

Phantom mainnet creation and two final 70/30 configs were independently verified; Solflare compatibility and wallet timeout recovery still need end-to-end tests; the now-verified image/metadata pinning still needs abuse controls, usage monitoring and content review; authenticated and moderated user content; independent on-chain verification of each new Pump create_v2 mint; exactly correct one-time creator fee splits with receipts; durable user and Hall index; security, terms and privacy review; and a real deployment under an owner-controlled domain. AssFinder's half-hourly selection needs its own durable scheduler and explicit proof log. Buyback/burn is a later separate financial mechanism requiring much stronger custody controls. None is activated by uploading the static ZIP.

The main launcher can ask a wallet for a public address and, only after user review, ask that wallet to sign and submit a transaction. The server RPC endpoint is restricted to read/simulate methods and cannot submit a transaction; nothing on this rulebook triggers a launch or Hall award. The included `launches.json` has two manually checked mints and no market-cap values; an automatic, durable production indexer would need on-chain origin verification and timestamped market-cap snapshots.

BACK TO THE PLAN

Updated October 5, 2026. Proposed fee split: 70% coin creator / 30% Asspad on every eligible self-launch. The Asspad recipient is selected; user-creator recipients depend on each real launch. FATASS and ASS CAT have finalized 70/30 configs; GYATT was creator-only at the last check. The two requested mints are manually listed, but live USD market caps and automated indexing are not available. Metadata storage and main wallet coin creation are live.
